Today I signed up for insurance with Direct on a **** **** Ranger. I paid the down payment, which they snatched right up. I attempted to open the documents page to e sign and get a copy of documents and ID cards.After waiting for well over an hour I got neither. I finally got a poor excuse that they were sorry they couldn't provide the documents at time. Clearly this company is not ready for prime time, and cannot be relied on to perform as an insurance company. There is Zero support via chat or phone on weekends. I need a real and reliable insurance company. General Insurance is a joke at best. I just want a refund of my Down Payment, since this company is capable of doing nothing, short of taking your money.Business response
