      I had an online subscription to a local newspaper *********** should Shaw Media. I wanted to cancel it months ago and went to the website. There are currently two options. There is a phone number to call or you can fill out an online form following a prompt on their website. I filled out the form. I was billed for two more months after that. When I was finally able to call today (I work the hours they are open) to cancel the customer service representative told me people must call to cancel. I feel like this is fraudulent activity and dishonest business practice.I would like a refund for the last two months as I contacted them by filling out their form back in December.

      As you can see, I have been asking you for a refund since January! I sent my AE payment confirmation and never heard back from your company, I am attaching it again. You say you cant find my payment yet I constantly get e-mails saying as a subscriber.       I have had ongoing issues with not getting their newspaper, ********** The most recent issue was today, 8/17/2022. When notifying the publication of not receiving delivery, they promise a newspaper will be run out. I yet again have not received the newspaper that I am missing and I am paying for. They have not refunded me for any missing papers. I have asked that I be credited for the products that I didnt receive plus to cancel my subscription and credit my account for the remaining balance of my subscription. This publication is not honoring their commitment to their subscribers.
