We hired this company to assist us with our insurance claim for roof and siding damage and to replace. The homeowners insurance claim was approved as well for the replacement of 3 skylights, gutters, drip edge/flashing, etc. Once the contract was signed, the professionalism went downhill. The contract was signed in August but the work did not start until December. There was little to no communication. The subcontractors that the company hired damaged the interior of our home with the removal of the skylights and debris falling into the home, they damaged our exterior pavilion, and some of our landscaping and lawn. When they claimed the work was done and asked for the rest of the payment, we discovered shotty work and some work not completed at all. We have had to reach out to our point of contact many times, much of which went unanswered. They have already sent workers out twice now to make repairs and they still are not done. We have leaking gutters, missing downspouts, damaged shingles on our roof, damaged drip edge, etc. Today, the subcontractors were to come a third time to make repairs and showed up over an hour late without any notice. Rather than accept responsibility, the general contractor sent us an inappropriate email in response to us refusing to continue using his services. We advised the company/general contractor that he has been paid 90% of the contract. We told them they were fired and that we would use the little remaining funds leftover to hire another company to finish the job. We have plenty of emails, photos and pictures if they are needed.
