On Nov 11, 2022 I ordered a pair of sunglasses. I asked if the ** they had on file was for distance and reading and was told yes. When they came in they were wrong, the ** was made for computer and reading, not distance. I got a new ** and another order was placed on Dec 21, 2022. As of this date I do not have them. I have called and been told it will be another **** days twice. Now I found out that they have come in twice but the color was incorrect. I ordered ***** and they came in as grey. they have no idea when I will get what I have ordered. Now all I want is my money back. I paid ******. This is the second time I have received the wrong glasses from them. Back in July I had them make me computer/reading lined bifocals, when they came in they were progressives. They were remade. When looking at my receipt, which they send you by email, I found they charged me for one year of protection plan for ***** and a care kit for ****. I never asked for these and was not told I would be charged. I am very disappointed and angry, I work hard for my money and paid out of my pocket for the second pair because insurance does not cover two pair a year. Now I just want my money back! I hope you can help me with this.
