DMT Unlimited was hired for low voltage services for a new construction home including wiring for data, TVs, alarm system, and central vacuum system. DMT Unlimited was initially contacted for services in September 2020, started work in October 2020, and continued work throughout spring 2021. The total amount paid to the company has been over $8,000 for both labor and parts. The company has a few items outstanding to finish at our home and is not responding to any phone calls, texts, or emails regarding the outstanding work. Outstanding work includes patio door alarm that was not installed correctly and is tripping often, no access was provided to the cameras set up to the house to view the data on a computer or cell phone, unsecured wifi extenders, missing plates for low voltage outlets, and need proof of purchase of central vacuum to facilitate a warranty claim. We have contacted DMT Unlimited regarding the outstanding items for a few months now and cannot receive any response back.
