  - 7/29/23 Down payment. Bind contract. - 8/07/23 Payment to commence project. - 8/10/23 First day on site, failed to due work as proposed. Contractor did not remove and replace rafters as stated in contract. Contractor scabbed 2x4 on side of broken 2x6 rafters. Made arrangements with contractor to return to do work properly. - 8/12/23 Second time on site, returned to fix issue. Failed to fix issue. Contractor scabbed 2x6 to the 2x4 previously installed that should not have been there. Contacted contractor to return to fix issue. -8/23/23 Third time on site. Contractor removed and replaced rafters as stated in proposal. While contractor was on site, one of their workers stepped through kitchen ceiling. We were left responsible for cleaning insulation and dry wall after workers just left after acknowledging they were at fault. Also, unsure if sheeting is installed correctly and contractor damaged shingles while making repairs. Contacted contractor to return to fix ceiling and shingles. Contractor left material and dumpster on site. - 9/19/23 sub contractor on site to make repairs to kitchen ceiling. - 9/25/23 contractor on site unannounced. Did not fix shingles nor finish kitchen ceiling. Applied silicone to roof cap nails. Contractor also picked up materials left in front yard. Left material in back yard and dumpster still in drive way on site. - 9/27/23 still no word or future provisions to finish project. Material still in back yard, dumpster still in driveway, kitchen ceiling still not finished.

  I had the company to install gutters. On or around 6/14/22. The gutters was installed and was paid in full. I had a tree blocking one area and was told when I get the tree cut down thy would be back to installed the area where thy couldn’t get too. My tree was cut down that same week so I called and let them know the tree was cut down. I’ve been calling for the last four weeks and thy want come back to finish the work….also I have it in my contact stating thy would come back and finish

  The company came right out the next day and resolved the issue.
