I brought my car to Kreher automotive for **** to adress a break issues. He had looked at the intially on Monday the 26th and replaced the front brake pads and said the back break pads were fine. On Wednesday the 28th we brought the car back to him due to it still squeling. He said it needed new pads and rotars at this time on the rear. We then recieved a call saying the axel seal was leaking and needed replaced on the passengar rear. **** said the total would be 611 for all labor and parts. We gvae the go ahead. The care was still making a noise so we brought it back on October 12th. **** looked it over and put new cermic pads on the car. On October 16th the car began making a horrible noise. We tried to get ahold of **** but had not luck so we brought it to *********. ********* looked at it and recommended taking it back to the shops that did the brake work due to it being done incorrectly. Again we tried to get ahold of ****. We received no response so we told ********* to replace the damaged rear passenger rotor and break pad. Upon taking it apart to replace ********* notice the rear axel was moving about 3 inches which is what caused the damage to the breaking system. This was due to the rear axel seal not being installed correctly and the parts not being put back together as it should be. ********* documented with photos and videos for proof. We contacted **** again and he wanted us to drive it over to him. We were not comfertable with this due to the damage already caused to the vehcile. We requested a refund of what we paid and that he pay for the rear end that now needed replaced due to the damages caused by the improper axel seal repair. At this time **** denied ever having our car. At this time we are just requesting a refund of the work he preformed and that he cover the cost of the part damaged due to his faulty repair. The total of the is $2236.
