On 4-18-23 my daughter went to go get her hair dyed by a stylist named *****. She paid $147 for this service. My daughter showed a picture to the stylist of the colors she wanted. The stylist said ok the blonde may not be that light. My daughter said fine get it as light as you can. The other color was a reddish purple she wanted. The stylist used an orange under tone instead of purple. My daughter's hair came out blotchy and the wrong color. I called to let them know we are not happy about the dye job. ****** the manager offered a FREE color correction. So my daughter went back on 4-26-23 for the color correction. They then tried to charge her other $175. I said no you said a free color correction. I told my daughter to leave. I contacted the district manager and she offered another FREE color correction, but I said no thank you. Your business already said that and tried to charge my daughter. I would like a refund. The district manager proceeded to blame my daughter saying she did not pay the full amount for the service because she did not tell the stylist she wanted more than one color. Which was incorrect because my daughter showed her a picture of the two colors she wanted. Now it's going to cost my daughter $300 to have a color correction done at another salon. I would just like a refund of the $147 she paid for a dye job that was botched and she paid for a service that was not rendered properly. I do not trust this business after being told they would correct it for free then try and charged for the fix.
