I ***** ******* went to pawn some jewelry to king pawn in Decatur il and they said they could give me a small loan of 430 dollars and the guy only give me 320 dollars. So I didn’t get all the money I was supposed to get! So they need to adjust my total!Business response

Hello my name is ******* ****** and I am the store manager here at Pawn King in Decatur Illinois. I am responding to complaint ID ********. I have looked at the cameras of the day in question and the customer was indeed given $330 instead of the loan amount of $430. I have reached out to Ms. ******* so we can resolve this issue by leaving a voicemail. If you speak to her before I do please inform her to call me at ***** ********. Hello I just got off the phone with Ms. *******, she has decided to resolve the problem by putting the $100 towards her current loan number **** as she lives out of town and unable to make it in.
