I signed a contract with the company in March of 2020 before the pandemic to have a new pool liner installed in our in ground swimming pool. The company did not begin on our job until late summer/early fall of 2021. At that time the company drained our pool and removed the old pool liner. It was determined that the coping around our pool needed to be replaced as well. We selected the style of coping we preferred and I was told it would be in at the end of October. When I contacted the company in October to see if the material was in and if they were going to work on the job, I was informed that all the employees had been laid off for the season and they would not be able to continue our job until late spring or summer of 2022. I questioned whether or not having the pool drained, but filling up with rain/snow would damage the wooden walls around the pool or the concrete bottom of the pool during the winter months. I was assured that no harm would come from it being exposed to the weather for an extended period of time. Fast forward to the summer of 2022. I called on June 9th to inquire about the status of our job and when I could expect someone to begin working. I was told that they would be there the following week, provided it didn't rain. I called back on June 13th questioning why nobody had showed up to work on our pool yet. I was informed by a gentleman ****** that he was having trouble finding help and our pool required 2 people to do the work. He said they would try to have someone by the end of the week. 2 gentelmen showed up on June 17th after a week of no rain and told me they were going to drain the water that had accumulated over the course of the winter and spring months, take measurements, and then an integrity inspection would have to be conducted. The men spent an hour trying to get the pump they brought to work. Not enough room: 9/2/22: no pool liner, haven't seen them since 7/13 when measurements were taken. Won't return my calls
