      On November 7, 2023 we were charged $1,594.19 via credit card for a service that we had previously cancelled. On December 21, 2023 the company advised that they would provide a refund, but they never did so. After following up numerous times, no refund was forthcoming. Finally, I tried to dispute the credit card charge, but it was outside of the dispute window so I could not recover the money. Additionally, the company is continually charging different amounts to our card, which I have been consistently disputing.

      This customer has an account with us. One of thier users bought more data from us over the last couple of months. We refunded all currents charges as we refund everything. We have closed the account and closed out all billing. Cardholder should next time check with ther sales team and see who made the purchases as we do not have credit cards on file.

      I am rejecting this response because: As you can see from the email correspondence attached previously, we were promised a refund for the November charges and we were not refunded. No one from our company authorized any data purchases and we have not been using this service from prior to May 2023. Additionally, we are being continually charged in the more recent months which must stop.

      We reject the complaint as the company was refunded. Acocunt closed. We do mnot have access to credit cards. They had an account nad someone at their ocmany bought data from us, however refunded them. Now they have fre data.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      If you look at the email correspondence, you will see that we cancelled your service in May. At that point, we were refunded for a charge in May. Suddenly, we were charged again in November. We asked that that be refunded in December and someone from your company clearly said, "Yes- of course. We thought that this was taken care of in November. If not it takes 3 to 5 business days." However, no refund was received since then. I reached out to everyone in my company regarding this subscription and everyone advised that they have not been using your service since it was cancelled last May. Additionally, we are being continually charged in more recent months, even though we are not using your service. Please close our account with your company permanently and refund us the amount charged to our card in November as you previously promised. You are just a bunch of scammers and if we need to, we will take this to small claims court.

      We reject what the compalint is about. They want a refund from a charge that is more than 6 months old that one of their users bought. Our credit card processor will noteven allow us to refund - why is this an issue now? They bought data. Why do you think we are here in the first place.  All the current chargers were refunded. We have closed out their account so their user can not keep buying data. This person needs to understand the BBB is a private franchise and not a givernemnt organization. They make money by selling "accredidation".

      on april 1st i purchased a subscription to a sales lead service after watching a demo. once i was granted access i saw that there was not a lot of useful information for me. maybe 10%20% of all leads were related to my field and most of them i have access to with other sites. i asked for a refund on the 4th of april and some one responded on april 8th by saying:"Hi ****, We would like to help you with the service. You made a purchase and it should help your business. Would you like to schedule training?To document this:We do not offer refunds. However, if you try our service for 3 months and are not happy we will issue a full refund. Just contact us by July 8th.You paid for our service and bought the data. You logged into the account and took our data. We track logins and IP addresses. We have all of your information ande-mails.You had a free trial and 2 demos - one with *** and one with ****. Plenty of opportunities to learn more.**** showed you all of the projects and you asked a lot of questions."The response states there are no refunds but if i try the service for 3 months and am not happy i can get a refund. i have been calling and emailing the company multiple times and no one has called me back and the sales guy has never responded. i have emailed the **** salesman, vice president and the ******************************* and no one has responded outside of the one email on the 8th.

      This is a strange complaint.

      1. This customer had a free trial and demo of our service. They knew what they were buying. ***** said he shouwed him everyhting. They wanted the service.

      2. ******** gave sales rep ALL his information, credit card, and sales rep built a customer subscription for theclient.

      3. Customer says he usedthe service.

      4. ******** says we did not repsond to him, however his entire compalint SAYS we respond to him.

      We provide a great service and his company can be involed in 99% of all the projects we report on.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      thank you for your response but the fact of the matter is that I never used the free trial I was not even aware I had a free trial available. When I was presented with the demo, there is no way that anyone can have enough time to look at each project in detail to determine what opportunities are available. My trade is specifically building automation, not just hvac. Just because a project has hvac doesnt mean there is anything for me to do on that project. I would say 20% of the leads are for me. 
      frankly, I am not happy with the service and it is not for me. I paid for it based on that it would help me but once I looked at all the opportunities, I saw that there isnt much here for me. 

      please issue a refund, you said that if I am not happy to request one before June 8th

      Now he says he paid for it. This guy work HVAC - every project we report on nedds HVAC. He works for majpr hvac company. they work on every major building.

      He had a free trial anddemo we have it documneted. Wespoke with the sales rep who has been here for a long time - the sales rep said he knew what he was buying. This guy took our data - he needs to pay for it. He keep answering his own questions.
