Hi my name is ******* straight I was a patient at north shore ******** hospital. I went into the hospital march 17 , 2022 My daughter and I recently was in a car accident and we needed to be check out. When we arrived we checked in , the hospital already had my information in the system. We waited for a nurse to bring us to the back . When we finally was seen I got the treatment of X-ray for my head and that was it . My daughter was examine . They gave us both Tylenol for the pain and that was it. Didnt receive any prescription or anything. The next day march 18 ***** I called the hospital to ask what my bills were and i was told I had to wait still next billing cycle. A week later march 24***** I received a letter from a lawyer stating that they Represent North Shore ******** Hospital and that they put a lien on my hospital bills. I couldnt believe what I was seeing because I just asked them for the **** how can they send this information to a lawyer after I asked to receive a ****. I was told ********** hospital does not take ******** and if its an accident they will not take my insurance they were only **** the third party. I never gave them any information saying who the person hit me or anything like that they looked up my information. I contact the hospital I asked then to **** my insurance they told me they will not **** my insurance I contacted their lawyers they told me they would not be using my insurance and they also threaten me saying they will contact the department of human health if I cancel my case. I asked ******************** and power and moon several times to cancel my case and take my insurance and they refuse. **** from ************ threaten saying if I cancel your case we will report to DHS about my accident so they will deny my case . He also said they give me some money if I dont cancel my case bribery. I didnt know a hospital or a law firm can threaten you because you dont want to use their services.Business response

Sincerely,(3) A written statement of the history, if any, as
given by the injured person, insofar as shown by the health care records, as to the manner in which the injuries were received.
(b) If a health care professional or health care provider fails or refuses to give or file a written statement in conformity with and as required by subsection (a) after being so requested in writing in conformity with subsection (a), the lien of that health care professional or health care provider under this Act shall immediately become null and void.

I believe I never received a **** or a **** from this office. On my lien papers was never stated the amount that is being asked for . This case is Null or Void. By law this case needs to be thrown out .

I am rejecting this response because: my information was obtained illegally. I didnt give any information to Power&Moon which was asked by them in the letter . Power &Moon looked up my information Illegally. I received the letter asking for information About the accident with the court document. Power & Moon never give me a chance to respond. I never told the hospital the insurance information or my insurance information. How did they Obtain this information without my permission?
