The Takeda Help At Hand program has helped me access a necessary prescription for almost one year. The prescription is shown to cost me $1000 a month which is very much out of budget. I received paperwork to renew my application from the program in my mailbox a few weeks ago. I completed it and submitted it to my physicians office to be completed. I hadnt heard anything and am out of my medication now. I asked for a refill and they first told me it was approved and will be delivered in 3-5 business days. Then she said hold on and eventually said my prescription had no renewals. I asked if my application had been renewed and she proceeded to tell me that there is a lot of information missing in my application and that I used the incorrect application. I stated it was mailed to me by their organization. She said theres nothing I can do and that I have to complete the new application before they can help me. I asked to speak to a manager to see if I can at least get a month now and will complete the application and she said there is nothing more to do and shes dealt with several others in the same situation. So it sounds like their system has the issue and sent an outdated application to patients and they did nothing to correct the issue and will not help correct their error. It is very frustrating that the prescription cost is so high to begin with and then to have issues with their organization and offer no helpful solution to someone with medical needs is irresponsible.Initial Complaint

I saw my healthcare provider on May 20, 2022. I directed my provider to complete the Help at Hand patient application for Lialda; a medication I take for ulcerative colitis provided by Takeda; **********, **. After many simple clerical corrections and many form letters stating deficiencies that have been corrected and faxed back to Takeda, I still am without my medication. My provider has faxed many corrected documents to Takeda as well. Takeda continues to inform me the copy that received was too dark, not complete or incorrect. Please help me obtain my free medication from this company.Initial Complaint

*************** card repeatedly not working at CVS major pharmacy where I have been filing a monthly Vyvanse prescription for a family member for over 5 years. It was working in the past, but for almost 2 years now, even when we obtain the new annual card, it says the card was previously used. This comes directly from the official Vyvanse website with BIN#:600426 PCN#:54 GRP#:EC31001399 ID#:***********
