      I am a cancer survivor. Unfortunately that disease left me permanently disabled resulting in chronic pain. I have been a customer of ********************** pharmacy for the better part of two decades. Ive never had a problem with getting medication from this establishment until I started having a pain medication filled regularly. When you call in to have pain medication refilled, the staff treats you like a criminal. They talk down to you as if you are beneath them and they regularly delay refilling the medication simply because its a controlled substance. Since I can have any of my other medication filled within an hour of me calling along with being treated with respect, it seems to me this behavior the staff has towards patients who are prescribed a pain medication is, by definition, discrimination.For a more specific example, I have been using the pharmacy at ****************************************************************** for the last three years. Initially I was able to pick up this pain medication at 9am with little to no rudeness from the staff which was above and beyond expectations. Then it got pushed out to 10am with a variety of excuses such as the safe doesnt open until then or the system we use to process controlled substances isnt accessible until after 10am. Shortly thereafter, it again got pushed out this time to 11am and again a series of excuses as to why followed.Currently, this location is refusing to fill this pain medication until after 2pm based on instructions from ****** the pharmacy manager with the reasoning because its a controlled substance. I understand we dont live in a perfect world and people are going to be rude to others based on misconceptions they have towards certain groups but surely refusing to fill a medication until youre six hours into your workday isnt the standard Walgreens is striving to meet. I believe there maybe a training opportunity here.

      Walgreens on *************** in *******, ** is my go-to pharmacy. I had some crazy questions tonight and even though they were busy, they took time out of their schedule to assist me. ********* in the pharmacy is awesome (I hope Im spelling her name correctly)! I could tell she was completely overwhelmed with customers but treated me like I was the only person that needed help. I really appreciate everyone there who helped but ********* is an ****************************** is lucky to have her.

      I called to Walgreens on ****** to find out if they had suppositories for a child. ******** answered the phone and told me they did. I asked if I need a prescription. He said no.I went to the store to purchase the suppositories. Two ladies were behind the counter and when they finally noticed I was standing there, I asked them where I could find the suppositories. They called ******** and they told me to go to isle 10. I went to ******* and could not find them. I went back to the front counter and asked for help. They told me to look at isle 10.I asked them why they couldn't help me. Another customer told me they won't help, let me help you find what you're looking for. We went back to ******* when ******** showed up. I looked at him and told him I talked to him earlier about the suppositories. He remembered and tried to find them. I told him about the two women at the front counter and he did not comment. He went to another isle and I followed him. He showed me a box of Pedia Lax. He also told me he wasn't a pharmacist. I told him it was O.K. that I was trying to help my grandchild.I asked him for the names of the two women at the front counter because I was going to report them. He told me he could not provide their names but they were wearing a name tag. ******** checked me out at the ***************** I went to the front counter and asked them for their names because I was going to report them. They both refused. One of them starting cursing at me. ************************* her and told me he had heard her. He also asked me to leave.I cannot believe Walgreens hires employees that won't help the customers and cuss at them.I plan to file a lawsuit against Walgreens.You may contact me anytime.

      As a previous SFL shift lead for the company I am truly displeased to say that I will not recommend anyone to work for them whereas my civil rights laws have been violated as well as being discriminated against I was assaulted at this facility no resolution was given to me for the safety and concern of my well-being. And shortly after that I was terminated. They have the highest turnover rates out of one of the fastest growing companies here in ******** they do not have a employee manager relation system set up to where those that are employees are protected. This was by far the worst experience I could have ever had as an employer

      ***** for 60 glucose test strips and the have ones that expired 2 days after my purchase. Not a happy person and I hope when I bring them back in person they will exchange them. I had them delivered, Never Again will I trust Walgreens to pick out my medical supplies..

      I have helped a friend of mine to get to the Walgreens pharmacy in ***** ok 15th and ********. Yesterday and they gave her all kinds of excuses for her prescription not being ready. The next day I took her to pain management and the doctor called this pharmacy and they told him that it was ready and waiting now we get to the pharmacy and they say no it's not ready and there is a problem and the prescription is not ready and now we are waiting for the pharmacist, it's going on 30 minutes now this is utterly ridiculous for a 70 year old person has to deal with this ******** I'm trying to talk her into changing pharmacies

      RITE AID SHUT THEIR DOORS SUDDENLY. I'M USING WALGREENS BUT I AM VERY UNHAPPY. THEIR APP AND WEBSITE DON'T SHOW ALL OF A CUSTOMERS SCRIPTS. THEY WEREN'T ABLE TO EXPLAIN? I'VE BEEN USING THEM 6 MOS. AND 50% OF THE **** I HAVE HAD TO WAIT FOR REFILLS . IN ADDITION THEIR INVENTORY IS LIMITED IN VARIETY BOTH WITHIN MANUFACTURER OR OTHER OPTIONS. IN MY CASE, I'M HOUSEBOUND, WITHOUT READY TRANSPORT BUT THEY DO NOT DELIVER MY MEDS BECAUSE I HAVE NJ PAAD FOR FINALLY HELP. THEY CAN NOT EVEN TELL ME THE ***** OF MEDS READY FOR PICKUP BECAUSE THEY NEED MY PAAD CARD EVERY **** I GET MEDS. I'M RESEARCHING OTHER LOCAL PHARMACIES, THEIR POLICIES, ETC.

      Most serious problem: they printed SOMEONE ELSE'S LABEL on MY prescription bottle. Luckily, I received the right drug, and since I looked at the receipt but NOT the bottle (drugs looked like they always did), I didn't notice right away. So I received someone else's prescription info, including their name, their drug info, and their address. A CLEAR HIPPA violation.The pharmacy ***** didn't seem too upset when we pointed it out, just muttered that they'd been having problems with the label printing for a while (for "a while"!).More recently, checked in for a vaccine, using the ** code posted at the pharmacy, 30 minutes after check-in (25 min after appointment time), was told not to use the ** code, becase "the app doesn't work very well - you should just come up to the counter." Still took 15 more minutes to get called in for the vaccine (30 min after appointment time, with NO OTHER CUSTOMERS WAITING).They are apparently chronically understaffed. YOU CAN'T RUN A BUSINESS THIS WAY!
