I purchased a used car from ****** ******** and 13 days after purchase my mom and I were driving to have Easter dinner on April, 9. When the power steering goes out, AC wasnt working, and car begin to overheat. My mom not I are auto mechanics so we had car hauled to our house. Upon delivery, the tow company, who is also a local mechanic, looked under hood and found a rather large tool that is neither mine or my 76 year old mothers. He pulled it up and it had caused the serpentine belt to come off. After replacing the serpentine belt the car had dashboard shortages and was running like is was stalling. I took it to another certified mechanic and the two modules for computer system seems to be fried. I called weeks in hope that they would resolve this negligence on their behalf. Their customer service is ridiculous and childish. I know when I called they record messages. Im thankful so when we go to court they can listen to how they are telling me to be deceptive to my extended warranty insurance. They told me that wasnt their problem and in a week my extended warranty kicks in and I should go after them for payment. Never ever will I recommend them and I will go to great lengths that no one else will feel like I have bc of how they treated me. I will shout it every where with my chest out!
