The day of the walk through the unit had been broken into by intruders and vandalized with a party. The agent was so shaken she never started the walk through. I immediately turned down this property and told the agent I wanted my money back as I never received keys to this property and a crime had been committed on the premises before I moved in. The crime free addendum as well as the possession article in the lease makes it so I can immediately break the lease and am entitled to all money returned back to me. I was shown a second property which didn't have the same amount of rooms or bedrooms as the original property I agreed to. I was willing to give this place a chance and signed a lease for this on Friday January 20th which was a different lease and didn't say the same things as the lease I had signed under duress days prior. I was promised the shower and kitchen sink, both which were inoperable would be fixed Saturday and Monday morning. Upon arriving at the property on Monday after at 4:20 the front door was unlocked and the kitchen sink was disassembled. The shower was working with no hot water and the kitchen sink did not work at all. After calling the office and informing them issues that I was promised would be fixed in order for the property to be signed off on had not been fixed. I was given attitude and ***** remarks from the office staff, not the first time this has happened. For these reasons I want it known the practices they participate in and want my due funds returned to me.
