I have owned Lexie hearing aids since March of 2023. My right hearing aid stopped working. I contacted them on May 10 regarding this. I have received phone calls twice and a 3rd call today stating that they will check the hearing aids that he received. However I never sent them until today because he never provided me with an address. I am sending them back for evaluation. The person in customer service did not know he hadnt received them. This is horrible service and I am extremely disappointed by this service.Lexie Hearing Response

I worked with ************************* from Lexie Hearing. She was very personal and friendly.************** answered all my question and explain how to check the problem with the Hearing aid.She called be back two times to see if everything was fine. The service reprsentative was PATIENT! And very helpful. We got the Lexie B2 working. I am very thankful for the help i received. I had a hearing aid saved to memory and that was my problem. I, no, she helped me to delete the old and recognize the new devices. It works as the B2 should now. Without her help it would have not been possible to have corrected the problem!Lexie Hearing Response

I don't know where to start! I purchased a set of hearing aids for my husband approximately six months ago. All of a sudden, they stopped working. We called Lexie **************** over 7 times. Each time, they tell us something we need to do. We do it and it doesn't work. We have removed the app from our phone a minimum of 3 times (as they suggest) and reloaded it, it doesn't work. We can't control the hearing aids. We have changed batteries. We have ensured the units are put in the heating unit, still, not working. We have called ****************** time, they got them working over the phone but as soon as we get out of the app, they stop working. We have changed the ear wires, we have cleaned them as they instructed, still, not working. Finally, after about 9 phone calls, they escalated our issue. I received an email stating we can send them in for their techs to check out but we would be subject to a charge and they can't tell us how much. Really? So, we have to pay for defective hearing aids? I know these hearing aids don't cost Lexie much at all - they are all plastic. Seriously!!! Each customer service rep we speak with sounds like they are in another country and hard to understand. We are so frustrated because my husband needs the hearing aids. They don't care and their customer service reps have attitude. Please don't make the mistake we did by purchasing their hearing aids. You will regret this. They should care that an older adult, who trusted their product, cannot use them because the just stopped working!!! Please buyer beware.Lexie Hearing Response

I have Lexie B2 Bose and my quality of life has improved dramatically for the better. I'm over ************************************************************************************************************************************* Everyone spoke very good English, were competent, and understanding. After 2 weeks I can do this on my own. The How To Videos and User Manual are helpful.Originally the android phone I had was 5 years old and didn't work so I purchased the newest android phone at a ******** walk-in store and it works great with Lexie App. I have tinnitus but the hearing aids and Lexie app settings that I can adjust mask it considerably. If there is an issue with the hearing aids good luck trying to get it resolved. In a reasonable time frame. I purchased the Bose B2 in mid December, they arrived 4 days later. On the 47th day the right hearing aid no longer works. So far I have spoken with 5 different people from Lexi. Each and everyone of them has promised I would get call back. This has been going on since 2/2/24. I have to call them. It's far easier to return defective shoes 90 days at a retail store than it is to have a $999.00 product resolved in a timely manner.
