I went in for a outline of a small lightning bolt tattoo on the top of my left middle finger. I paid $150 which is ridiculous, but I really liked the artist. When I called to make an appointment they wanted to charge me again for the touchup, when I was told in the beginning that the touchup would be absolutely free. This is ridiculous and I refuse to *********** I have to go pay another company to fix their issue. When they told me they would fix that touch up if I needed it for free.Business response

We can provide security camera footage showing ****** (tattoo artist) stating that she does not touch-up finger tattoos for free due to the nature of their healing. This is a shop policy. We're empathetic to the client for the misunderstanding, however, this was discussed and agreed to before the client started paperwork. We have included the client's paperwork agreeing to the price quote and listed policies. We included screenshots of the receipts, there were two people total in one transaction, each tattoo was $150. We are willing to refund the full price of the one tattoo -- in cash or on card with card information provided from the client.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I wish for a $150 refund for my unsatisfactory tattoo work.
