On 04/14/2023 My car was parked and hit by an insurer with Apollo Casualty Company in which their driver was at fault. I received a check for the amount of $1198.64 with no further information as to what the check is for. I have attempted to contacted GOOD2GO AUTO INSURANCE, which is affiliated with APOLLO CASUALTY COMPANY, ******************* in which I have left several voicemails trying to get further clarification. I recently contacted her boss and still no one has contacted me regarding what the check covers. I need my car fixed and they are currently not answering calls nor trying to get this situation resolved...We are now in the month of July 2023 with no repairs done for my Dodge Caravan. This check will not be deposited until further clarification is received. The representative ******************* and her boss is unprofessional with no return calls. Apollo Casualty Company is also at fault since this is their subsidiary Company.
