            I am filing this complaint against Asset Recovery Solutions LLC (possibly for upstart) regarding their persistent and harassing phone calls. The behavior is disruptive but also constitutes a violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). I request that Asset Recovery Solutions LLC immediately cease all contact with me and promptly removes my phone number from their contact list. As well as, ceasing communications with family/ friends & my work place. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. If this issue persists, I will not hesitate to seek further legal advice and assistance.

            I spoke with *************************** regarding a loan. He was really rude and unprofessional. I tried to keeping my complaint in house with the company but once i spoke with the manager, he sided with employee. ******* out of line and disrespectful to my family member.
