I spoke with *************************** regarding a loan. He was really rude and unprofessional. I tried to keeping my complaint in house with the company but once i spoke with the manager, he sided with employee. ******* out of line and disrespectful to my family member.

Completely rude and disgusting behavior from a particular person who contacted me on behalf of this company. Her name is *************************** and she was very unprofessional and rude to me. I have an account that is being handled by a settlement company. She told me that I should pay my bills like I'm supposed to and I wouldn't be in this position. How does she even know what I have been through in the last few years dealing with a bad partner purchasing a home with me. I think she should be fired immediately. She is reflecting a very bad image for this so called company.

Good morning,Please note: this account was just placed with my office yesterday; we engaged in a chat session yesterday where you mentioned the same issues you had with an individual named *************************** and that you were upset with the way the previous agency handled your account. We are here to assist you to resolve this matter through your debt settlement company. Just to re-iterate, I have no employee at my company named ***************************. That person is an employee of the previous company who serviced your loan.

They have contacted my employer which is unethical and against the law. I will be filing a complaint with my attorney if this happens again!!  

Please advise what number was contacted and the name of the consumer so that we may resolve this matter be discontinuing the calls..

IT IS ILLEGAL TO RECEIVE ANY FORM OF DEBT FROM SCHOOL INSTITUTIONS!! I HAVE CONFIRMED THAT NO MONEY IS OWED AS I WENT TO SCHOOL WITH A GI BILL!

At the consumers request we have discontinued collection activity on this account and have notified our client of the dispute.

I received a call from asset recovery solutions. The call was okay at first. I explained that i was currently dealing with a problem. I had just lost thousands on a scam. And did not have any money to pay. Then the person that called became rude, demanding, loud, then hung up. I sounds like another scam.

first of all, definitely not a scam. we will temporarily cease communication to allow for you to resolve your other financial issues. Please feel free to reach out to us when you are ready to work on resolving your *************** account.

Called me on my sons debt, I told them to stop calling me on a debt I know nothing about. I told the rep it's illegal to call and only to send written communication. He told be it was not illegal to call. Blocked the number!  

Please notify us of the number that we called, and we will make sure to delete it from our database.

Asset recovery solutions is a debt collection agency - They have continued to harass me several times of day and from different numbers which is very alarming because the amount of fraud occurring lately, they even contacted my work, which is against the law. They are violating federal consumer law and need to cease and desist any communications to. I have asked for proof that I owe the outstanding debt and was told that I have your name address and date of birth and that is proof enough. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Very unprofessional all I asked was for documentation of what this debt is from 2021 very rude agents and very disrespectful when all I do was ask questions to get clarification!!

I believe this has been directed to the incorrect company. We do not show any record of contact with this consumer.

This company contacts me daily from different numbers which is alarming due to the amount of fraud occurring. I called and spoke with three individuals at the company and offered to set up payment arrangements that I was capable of making do to an extreme unexpected financial hardship. They were not willing to accept the payment that I was able to make. Two of the representatives were extremely rude to the point that she was yelling and saying you shouldn't get stuff you cant afford. That was the rudest and most unprofessional behavior i've ever experienced. Not knowing what people are going through and making statements such as these is extremely heartless and unprofessional. There was a gentleman that was pleasant but the amount he was requesting was completely outside of what I could afford and still take care of my family. I went to the website to see if there was an option to set up arrangements and that would also not accept the arrangement. I took screen shots and recorded calls of my attempts and rejections. I understand the position of the company but the aggressive tactics, degrading and rudeness that this company exhibits I am sure is against Fair Collection Act.

I have never heard of or worked with this company regarding any debt. According to the ***** (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act), debt collectors are prohibited from contacting me at inconvenient times or places, including my workplace. This company has ONLY contacted me at work during working hours, which my employer highly disapproves of. Continuing to contact me at work without my consent and with my employer's disapproval is a violation of the *****. If this company continues to contact me at work, I will be filing a complaint with the *************************************
