They call my work phone even though I have never opened an account under that number. They interrupt meetings. I have told them repeatedly that it is illegal in my state to call people at work for personal business matters. They don't seem to care. The same woman calls again repeatedly.

D&A already has a claim and a default judgement against me for an account I say I've never had. They still dont get that either. They paid literally 11 cents on the dollar for the account, I offered to pay them that and they refused. So they need to quit calling me. If they want the money figure out how to get it, that's not my problem, that's theirs. They call me constantly Like up to 40 times a day from different numbers. I keep telling them the same thing and they keep harassing. They are to Cease and Desist immediately.

Of I could give negative stars I would. They are harassing me via mail for a debt I have never had an account on. They also claim that I made payment arrangements and that they have some sort of banking account number to withdraw it from. The only information on me They have correct is my name and address. The rest sounds like scare tactics to scam people. I will be pursuing legal action.

Calls me every Monday morning while I'm at working. I called the number back to try and stop these calls after confirming the number and agency name with ******* The lady on the line repeatedly asked if my name was ***************************** because apparently my caller ID shows as such, despite repeatedly acknowledging my voice is female. I googled this issue and apparently this isn't something that I can control. She asked me if I knew him, to which I told her no. I acquired this number from Sprint in May 2018 and frequently got calls or texts for an ****** or "*****" for years. She then said "we'll document it" and hung up. I do not have any debts and only just started building credit, and have blocked every number from this company that has called me thus far yet still receive these calls. I can confirm that I am not ****** so long as I know you aren't going to sell my information elsewhere, but please stop calling me, because at this point this is harassment.

Rather than file bankruptcy, we choose a debt program because we really did owe the bills and wanted to pay what we could. To our dismay, the attorney/company that was handling our accounts, choose to misuse the company for personal gains. They are being prosecuted but of course it will take time for an outcome, and it will not be to the benefit of the clients, I am sure. Be that as it may we are back to dealing with a debt collection agency. I have explained everything to D & A Services, and they sent me a letter offering a reduced rate and I gladly accepted within the time frame. With my acceptance letter, I even sent in a small payment and the check was deposited into their account prior to the 30-day response time I was given to accept the offer. I have made $100.00 payments each month via check for the last several months as I do want a paper trail. Yet, to this day, the paperwork that they sent me still has the full balance on it and not the reduced rate I was offered. I send a letter with each payment asking for this matter to be resolved, yet I am never responded to. I was getting ready to send in my next payment when I thought to find out who was in charge of the company and seek assistance from that individual. While researching, I came across this format and thought that since others had received answers maybe this was a way for me to receive help as well. DA account numbers ******* and *******

D & A keeps is accessing my file via dark website. I have never done business with this company. This is obviously a fraud.

Constantly receiving voicemails and calls from this D&A Services, but when you call back, they ignore the calls. From googling this company, millions of people are saying it is spam. So, they have been blocked and deleted.

This Company is Fraudulently on my Credit Report. I have never done Business with them.It is against the Law to Place a Negative **** on anyone's Credit Report when you have never done Business with them. I am contacting my Attorney's ASAP. and filing suit against them for this illegal action which I can and will Prove. These are Collection Attorneys that only care about how . to rob People using the Credit system to do so, Which by the way, will soon be eliminated. NESARA GESARA IS IN EFFECT. THAT CANCELS ALL CREDIT DEROGATORY REPORTS FOR ALL AMERICAN'S.
