      I purchased an office furniture desk credenza from LaPorta Furniture Company in March and had it shipped to my home in **********. The unit came basically assembled with the exception of the drawers. When the drawers were placed in the unit, they went in, but there was tension in the opening and closing of the drawers. I immediately reported this to Mr ********************** who assured me that the tension in the drawers would dissipate with use. I set up the credenza and used it for 3-4 months but, continued to have difficulty with the bottom drawers opening and closing. Attempted to call Mr. ********************** again after the problem persisted but, he did not answer the phone, nor did he return my messages. I attempted to call him several times with no success. Last week, one of the draws finally broke, a piece has broken off the track and the drawer will not close. We're talking about a $3400 piece of office equipment that was obviously defective upon delivery and this company wants to absolve itself from any responsibility. I need help in trying to resolve this claim.

      I am filing this complaint on behalf of my Parents. 9 months ago hey ordered a Furniture set for over $1300 which was supposed to include a king sized bed frame and a head board. They were told it would be 6-8 months(due to Covid). It has now been 9 months and after about 6 months of my parents trying to contact them, the business has blocked their phone numbers and will not return any calls whatsoever. Our family has all been attempting to contact the buisness to try settle this but no one has returned the calls. The 1300$ was taken from my parents account months ago but they have not received anything, no products or returns. This is a complete scam.

      Hi,I purchased a dining set about 3 months ago and as of yet have not received the dining set. I have been calling numerous times and sent emails inquiring when I will be receiving my dining set. I just need someone to contact me so I know when I will be receiving my dining set. The dining set has been paid in full using my **** credit card. Please someone help me to resolve this matter.Thank you,Unhappy Customer
