      I was solicited from refinancing my current loan with SAIL by ********* ********. I responded to her email asking her what the refinance would be. She never responded via email, but instead I received a text message to sign into my account. In order to even see the details, I was required to sign the documents. Once signed, I could see that they were charging me for $2000, but I only received $510 and $1200 would be put into savings. I was not getting a loan for $2000, but instead for $1710. I contacted ********* ******** via email rescinding the loan. She never responded. In fact, I have contacted SAIL in writing on multiple occasions to rescind this loan and they never responded. Now I have received a wage revocation notice.

      My checks are getting garnished, I owe ****** but they are telling me they havent received anything. Ive already paid ****** my job is telling me that they send ****** each check in garnishments to the address listed but the loan place says they dont know where it is. I need help finding where the money went.

      They advertise that they are a credit building loan service provider , but yet never once had reported to any of the 3 credit bureaus. I got a "$2000" loan, but actually only received 500$ up front and the remaining 1500$ went into their "savings" account. I would have access after the $2000 is paid off. In total I made 135 payments (not one reported) of $27 weekly totaling $3500 over almost a 3 year period when I noticed the amount owed has stayed the exact same amount of over $1900. sure I did miss a payment or 2, so I'm willing to accept some of the blame, but they are 100% scam artists, I wish I would never have found their moline location which of course closed down shortly after I got the loan. I called them last month and forfeited the "savings" to put towards the loan amount then paid the remaining 400 to zero out the loan. This was never reported to any credit bureau though is the main deal since their website says their only product is a credit builder loan.

      I have no knowledge or any signed agreements stating a I owe anything to this business.They have reported falsely to the credit bureaus as if I have a attachment with them.They cannot provide anything with my signature attaching me to there business

      Sail Loans issued a garnishment of wages with my job that was completed as of January 2024. To my surprise 6 months later the company issued another garnishment request for ****** and when I called ADP the recording stated the exact amount to be collected that was already completed 5 months prior. I called HR of my company and SAIL Loans immediately the same day. On 6/26/24 supervisor with SAIL Loans advised me my ****** would be refunded directly ACH to my same bank account I used for the application. Fast forward a few weeks later still no refund, I follow up on 7/9/24 and a representative *** not only had trouble locating my account and the garnishments but when she did the amounts were conflicting. At the time of the call I was advised of the amount being ******. Just two dollars right? No. Inconsistencies usually point out a flawed system. The representative stated they have yet to receive the funds and could not issue refund until received from my employer. I follow up on 7/16/24. Unbeknownst to me an ADP rep not only states that they already sent the check to SAIL Loans but also that they reached out on 7/2/24 and approved a refund of TWELVE DOLLARS!!! After 5-6 unsuccessful attempts to get a supervisor with SAIL due to meetings all day. I finally get supervisor rep ********* On this call Virginia could not provide an honest answer as to why they put in an additional garnishment request for a balance that was clear as of January 2024. In the order PDF I viewed with ADP as well the order states there is a balance of 0 for the account at the time as of January 2024 but still proceed to request, take my money, and yet to return my rightful refund. This company is 100% fraudulent and the location I even applied to is permanently closed as many are just a year later. Extremely bad business and class action is probably on the way for sure.

      I called and set payment arrangements I have defaulted on and a total of 420 was debited from my account. I have since called and asked about any past balances and was told it was paid off. I then received a call 07/08/2023 about oweing 9 dollars that has now gain interest to 19 dollars that sail loan failed to complete when setting the payment arrangements up. This practice is fraudulent and I am currently unemployed. This nine dollars owed is now accumulating 40 cents a day.

      I have late payments from SAIL LLC on my credit report. I have been on time for 99% of my payments. The months that report a late payment was due to an ACH payment issue with my bank and I was never notified about it. I would like to ask if upper management could submit a request to the credit reporting agencies to remove the late payments.

      Who ever this may concern I was giving these letters late they were being mail to my old address and they had my new address but was sending the mail any way to the old address and I Talk with a man name *** he did not tell me that he was the collection until I had made 2 payments Sail Loan was the one that merge with Go Credit . me and sent the payment back to my bank .I am sending proof then we had talked me and *** again and he said that he would wave some of it and that I might only get a little of the money back .

      This company states to offer online loans within 24 hours to those with bad credit. I went to their site (I was trying to apply for 3000 to help with some emergency bills) and was asked a series of questions, such as my address, date of birth, where I worked, what I made a month, how often I was paid, if I owned my home, how much I paid monthly in mortgage, my ss#... these were things I frankly expected to be asked when applying for a loan. Then there was a waiting period while the site said a bit more about payment options, etc. so it seemed they were running my credit for approval. Then the loan app boxes came back and they began asking for my routing number and bank acct number for loan repayment, so of course I assumed at this point I was approved if we were talking repayment! So I inputed all of my information. After all of that I hit submit and INSTANTLY got an error telling me to call customer service or check messages. I checked messages where it said, in a pre-written form letter, that I was not approved for the amount I requested. I tried 4 more times, lowering the amount each time, the last time to ****** and each time the same exact thing happened! This company is stealing the confidential and private information of people by telling them they are offering help!! Despicable!!

      This company is attempting to garnish my wages and I have already paid back what I received in a loan. This company targets poor people with predatory loans. I would like for this loan to be closed. I only received 1000 dollars from them.
