Working with both ******* and ***** made my part so much easier! I represented the seller on a FSBO transaction. This required a lot of hand holding. ******* and *****, while protecting the privacy of their client, were very receptive to my emails and quick to respond! We successfully closed yesterday!! I just recently retired after 40 yrs. in the mortgage business and know not all mortgage companies are reliable. It was great to work with one that was knowledgeable and willing to do what was needed to get to the finish line!! Thanks to both of you!!Review from matt f

RockBottom Mortgage led us thru the mortgage process flawlessly! We had some unforeseen issues with our initial mortgage company, so ************************** and team took it over and completed our loan/mortgage process in an incredibly short time frame with ***********. Although this was our first home purchase, I can confidently say RockBottom is definitely the best lender you can choose. It's obvious that most lenders out there just want your business for the money, but ******* at RockBottom genuinely made us feel valued. I was told buying a home was overwhelming and tedious, but ******* and ***** made it a breeze. Save yourself the trouble and just go with RockBottom. ******* was excellent to work with. He and ***** were always prompt, delivered on their commitments, and made sure I fully understood everything in my mortgage package. He always picks up the phone (something rare in today's world), and when I would say thank you, ******* always replied with "my pleasure." How refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about delivering a superior customer experience. On top of this, ******* was able to come to the table with the most competitive rates---beating the incentives of the builder's lender themselves. The builder was a nightmare to work with and ******* and ***** were the one bright spot in the process--he was always in my corner, which was so refreshing throughout the experience. If I ever purchase another home, ******* will be my first call. I would recommend him to anyone.Review from Darya U

Before working with Rock Bottom, I looked at reviews and they seemed suspicious - surely no business can have a 5-star rating? But after taking the risk and selecting this company for my mortgage refinance I understand why: ******* and ***** are amazing to work with, deliver on their every promise, and make the process super simple. They are quick to respond, literally within minutes, take time to answer any questions a client may have, not matter how "silly". Their pricing/interest rates were also unbeatable. 10/10 will use again!
