January 11, 2024 my furniture was delivered by TSSJ Express Moving. I contracted through an agent of Guardian Movers. This move was a disaster. Only driver unloaded. Hurry, hurry, hurry. Inventory was not allowed. Boxes damaged. Furniture damaged. Home wall damaged. Agent does not tell you who mover will be so you cannot check their reputation. Damage on furniture cannot be repaired. Invoice does not even include company name or home office location. Guardian Movers very uncooperative.Initial Complaint

TSSJ Moving picked up my moving of household goods shipment on 05/19/2023. In the signed agreement with the company, my listed first available date for delivery was noted on my behalf as 06/02/2023. Spending the past 4 months calling All Coast Moving, the moving broker, for updates from TSSJ, the dispatch and delivery, for my delivery. I was only recently able get in contact with TSSJ Moving, on 10/06/2023. With each proceeding phone call, I was told that the company was checking on the status of my items and expressed that they were confused as to where my items were even stored. On Wednesday, 10/18/2023, I was in contact with *** from TSSJ only after **** from All Coast Moving corresponded with him prior and took about an hour of persisting on speaking with them in order to receive a call back. On 10/18/2023, I was told to expect a phone call back by end of day 10/19/2023, in regards to locating where my household goods were located and to discuss delivery timeline and payment. After reaching out via phone call and text on 10/19/2023, I received no reply. Today, on 10/20/2023, I received a text stating "We have a balance of $875 with the storage company. This payment has to be made by the 23rd or its getting sent to auction. We tried reaching out to the mother for delivery but nobody responded or even signed our dousing. Pick up payment want made either". Please see reference photos of the signed agreements and additional documentation outlining delivery should have been made within 30 business days of first available delivery date, payment guidelines demonstrating that payment was made upon pickup and payment due at delivery, and verification that no additional charge would be applied for storage. My items are being held hostage, and simply put, the contractual agreement is not being upheld.Initial Complaint

The company was supposed to move my stuff from *******, ** to *******, **. The picked up my stuff from ******* on 8/27, and said it would be delivered by 9/4. When they didn't arrive by 9/4, they said they would deliver by 9/8. I've tried calling and emailing them since then, but have not had any reply. I paid ****************** approx $1,100 already, and the moving company $1,187. I need my stuff delivered ASAP. My safe that contains my identification information is with them, and I need to provide these documents to my current employer. If I don't provide them the documents by Monday, I will be forced to take unpaid leave.
