between the middle of April 2024 and the middle of May 2024 I had a main line sewer backup and called MO-ST Plumbing and set up an appointment....2 young men came out and worked for about an hour and a half was able to pull out a handfull of feeder roots and said they were done.. I paid in full for that visit...they did not do the complete line which is roughly 70 + feet... 5 days later the problem came back.... I called them and they sent 1 person out but he wasn't able to do anything not having the equipment on the truck... I got charged for that visit... they billed me for 2 people coming out....2 men came out the next day and started routing the sewer line again......they routed to just about the whole line and managed to pull out another handfull of feeder roots and also showed me I have a cracked tile .they sent a camera in the line and sent me a quote to fix it..... the sewer line is working very well sinse the last visit.... they billed me for 2nd and 3rd visit.....said they gave me a discount.... which to me has nothing to do with over billing me for the day they sent 1 person instead of ****** my bill to them is paid in full.... my grievance is..... why didn't they do the 1st time what they did the 3rd time.... to me the first visit was an incomplete job. I'm looking to recover the first bill of $450.00 which was the first visit of an incomplete jobInitial Complaint

My Sewer is backed up and we called our plumber ** from ***** plumbing. We needed Jetted out,, and ** does not own the ******, so we could get drained and then get a camera in there to see where we needed dug up at. We called Most to set up an appointment for the 29th, of November. They came out and ended up calling the city. The city came and jetted us out but couldnt reach it. The plumber came back and tried jetting us out and got stuck and stopped. told us his boss would be mad if he broke it and would not push it further to jet us out. So we are still backed up and they did not do the job they were hired for. Today 12/7, I get a message saying they are charging my card 437 dollars. I called them and asked for what? You did not do what you were hired for. she got rude said 150 for machine and the rest for labor. Not her problem they could not fix it. We need dug out. that end of city is bad and all pipes are collapsing. I understand paying them for the time, but not 437 dollars and job not done.Im thinking I need to get the city of ***** involved since they came and tried to jet us out for Most plumbing before Most tried. the city was already there for our other Plumber a couple of days before, but came and tried again for Most.
