I left Prentiss Creek (Apt A111) 4 years ago. I broke a lease that I had just renewed because the apartment became a ***** clubhouse. I complained and the pest guys came out 4 times and they did not solve the problem. I should not have renewed the lease because there were already previous issues, but it was cheap rent. Water backing up in the kitchen sink, which they fixed. When it rained, water would drip down the windows in the living room, which they called themselves fixing. The ***** issue started and they could not resolve it, so I broke the lease 2 weeks after signing. I don't do roaches! That on top of dirty water backing up into my kitchen sink... Biohazard! BH Management agreed to waive the early termination fee but said that I still had to stay there 60 days or I should have given 60 day notice and I'd still have to pay for those 2 months. Well there wasn'*************** issue 60 days ago! Why am I bringing this up now? Because of course I didn't pay and they immediately sent it to collections. Their collections company originally reported it on 9/6/19 and a few days ago, they closed the account and reopened it causing my credit score to decrease by 24pts and restarting the "7 year clock". I would like it removed from my credit. Waiving the early termination fee is admitting that there was a problem. If they were willing to waive the early termination fee, they should've waived everything.Initial Complaint

I have been living in my apartment for about two years. There are many things that needs to be fixed, one being the plumbing because my toilet leaks EVERYDAY! However, my biggest complaint is another tenant that myself and others have complained about. She has dogs and cats and she allows them to handle their business in her apartment but the problem is that she lets it sit there, to the point the smell comes into the hallway and other apartments. Meaning my apartments and others smell like her animals! It's so bad that it goes through the vents and up to the 3rd floor. Again, this is something that has been brought to the building management and nothing as been done. There was also a time she had a gas leak and even the fire department stated her apartment was disgusting. This can also be a health hazard because we are inhaling animal f**** I'm tired of calling the building manger and nothing is being resolved. Please help or at least guide me in the right direction. Thank you.
