They are tell a lie about a incident on 12/20/2017 saying that I was involved in a accident when I was not involved in no accident at all I been with this company since 2016 and have only had one accident in ****************************************************************************************** to like 13 different people and this is the underwriter thats doing the liesBusiness response

Hello,
Please see the history of loss in regard to the customer's policy, including her conversation with an underwriting supervisor who explained the reasoning for not renewing. Please note that this decision was made due to excessive claims history, regardless of whether she was at fault for the loss or not. *********** has paid out for the multiple losses, therefore making this an unacceptable risk.
03/25/2024 01:52PM Manual ************************* talked with *************. explained the reason for the non renewal is the 3 accidents in the last 36 months. the claim on 2017 is not being taken in consideration for the non renewal. Unfortunately having 3 accidents (even those are not at fault) makes her risk unacceptable and that is the reason why the company didn't offer a renewal offer for her.

This is a car insurance company. I have paid my insurance faithfully. My spouse ******************* got into an accident and they have still not fixed my car or provided monies to fix my car. The accident happened on 1/7/24 and this claim is still open. I have provided the insurance company with all required documents several times. I still don't have a resolution to my claim. and I can't speak to anyone on the phone. They have put me on hold for over an hour with no one picking up the phone to speak to me,. I really need my car fixed.Business response

This company has been my auto insurance provider 05/23/2019 till 10/16/2021 and my policy number is 13AU000262448. I have always paid my premium as at when due. I had an accident 08/05/2021 and the ****** of ***** Vehicles(BMV) required a Certificate of Compliant(***) from my insurance provider to prove that i had an insurance with them as at the time of the accident. I forwarded the letter from BMV to them 08/16/2021 and they said it has been forwarded to the appropriate department for proper execution. Also followed up after that, the response i got is that it is being handled. It was a great surprise to get a letter from BMV dated 11/09/2021 that my Drivers License has been suspended because no *** was received and i am required to file SR22. I called them today, 11/15/2021, only for them to say that they didn't send the *** because they denied the claim on the accident and there was no information to that effect until when i called them today. It is rather unfair that i have been treated unfairly just at the time i needed them most. They rejected the claim on the accident which i already paid from my pocket and their refusal to issue a *** has also hampered my driving status. Since they have refused to provide the insurance i need for me, i want a refund of my money till the date my policy ended with them.Business response

Good morning,
I have looked into the claim above. The insured purchased Private Passenger auto insurance. ****************** is using his vehicle for business use.
Providing a Certificate of Compliance would mean we are insuring the customer had ********************** at the time of the loss. American Access Casualty has declined to provide this as the customer did not have coverage for this loss.
He was transporting patients for his employment and our carrier does not afford this coverage. The policy is currently canceled for non payment, however the insured was covered for the normal parameters of a personal auto coverage policy. Additionally there are other vehicles and drivers covered on this policy that make it unable to cancel this policy to inception.
