They added a driver to my policy when I was just calling for a quote. Now they are telling me that my rate has gone up when I never asked to add a driver, I was just asking for a quote.

This company showed me how money is the primary concern. I am busy with two jobs and a busy personal life. This company have harassed me even after I have complained and ask them for no courtesy calls, text and email at all. I would get text, emails and calls one after the other as if I were late. Even if I have follow protocol but stop the courtesy calls. They didnt ********** was time to renew my policy and they are cheap so I continued despite my experience. After renewing I didnt receive the new one and called to obtain it. I was hung up on, placed on hold to the point I had to resort to an email to ***************************** who renewed my policy but no response. Imagine if I got pulled over and went to jail because I couldnt provide insurance coverage. After calling one last final time I was able to obtain it 8-17-2023 and my policy was renewed on 8-1-23. She must be new and should be retrained. If she is a veteran she should be reprimanded. You want reliable and courteous service. This place lacks it.Review from Lylia T.

I had an automatic payment that I only authorized for my payment be taken out of $65 monthly till my policy was done.. When my policy was going to expire the insurance company took it upon themselves took take $90 out of my account and upped my policy as well. I explained I did not authorize for them to take money out of my account and that I was not going to be renewing my policy with them. They told me I could not get my money back. And they tried reaching me through letters but I was not receivingany mail cause I moved. The agency has my email and phone number but did not contact me. They are very sneaky and made sure I could not have a choice to not renew my policy. They are dishonest people.Review from Stephanie R

This company is very unprofessional I did an online policy with them and I paid in full then I did not get my receipt right away and then I received a email telling me they need to ti sign so I ensigns everything and than I get another email stated that they need my physical signature Im like why was this not stated or why you didnt mail my copy there is a virus going on and you all still want people to come to the office to sign so I ask for the policy to be cancel and a refund and was told by law the can keep my money for 30 days and than refund me a check but it took 2 seconds to take my money out my account my other insurance company did not make me jump through hoops over my own moneyIllinois Vehicle Insurance Agency Response

Thank you for your review. I apologize for the miscommunications on your policy. It appears we needed an signature on documentation as our electronic system would not capture your online signature. As to your refund, the carrier issues refunds within 30 days, the refunds do not come from the agency. I am sorry your experience was not what you expected. They tell you, you can receive a discount if you had prior insurance. A year before them and you dont it dont matter if you. Had them or not they will find a way to not give you a discount. This company is a trip literally.
