This complaint is for the following business: Simply Beautiful Day Spa located at *************************************************************************************** just called to discuss a problem and whoever answered the phone said that the owner was out until October 3rd, which is fine. I than asked if there was a manager to speak to in her place and I was told ****** was not available and they didn't know when she would be in.Now if we did not have soaring inflation and the cost of everything through the roof I would never issue a complaint, but I can no longer flush $30 down the toilet on a manicure like I did last night.This usually is a wonderful salon with great employees providing nail care. This is the second time I've called recently to make an appointment that they have put me with a different person. Its almost as whoever answers the phone never hears "I'd like to make an appointment with *****". The first time this happened a month ago I drove all the way over the the salon (with gas at over $5.00 a gallon) and the person I asked was on her day off. The person on the phone didn't tell me ***** was off that day. How hard is it to make a nail appointment?Again, yesterday I showed up only to find out that the person I requested for service was not there. Now this in no way a negative reflection on the person who helped me. She was lovely. The point is the people answering the phone do not seem to be capable of making appointments. Its not brain surgery.Yesterday too there was something wrong with the *** nail polish. The bottle was practically empty. The technician did everything she could to try to make the nail polish work. It looked great when I left. I sat 2 hours last night when I came home, it should have been dry, but this morning I woke up with all 10 nails having the polish smudged. I realize this is not a great crisis in the grand scheme of things, but its $30 wasted. We are no longer living in an economy where you can just chalk this up to a mistake
