I called the national number to request an appointment. I was contacted by a franchise and told they are full but i am right not he boarder with another group and he is ok with me using them. He gave me their direct number and the name of the manager with the message that it was ok for them to work my house. I called and confirmed an appointment for 8 days later at 9 am. When the appointment came the service did not. I called and they said they canceled it and sent it back the the very group who i can told them on the phone was booked up and approved me to work with them given their ***** schedule. They blamed the other group for everything and refused to make it right. It will not cost me much more to have a group rush in to clean my house since they didnt have the common decency to call and inform me that they were canceling my appointment. They will not compensate me for lost time, income, or convince. And they will not pay the additional costs of my getting a group to replace them.
