I am a small business and I purchased a printer in January 2024 it took over a month to get the printer delivered and set up for me to be able to use it. In May 2024 I reached out to ********* to try and downsize the machine as this was the main reason I entered into this agreement with Konica as the option to change equipment based on business needs. I let ********* know that due to ongoing legal issues the owner of the office space was facing I would need to move out and either move back to my home or dissolve my business by July 2024. ********* spent the next few months either ignoring my calls, saying she was speaking to her manager **** and would get back to me, or telling me to call financing who would then send me back to her. It is now July 31, 2024, and I have tried returning the equipment and they are demanding over ****** be paid for a printer that is not valued anywhere near that or they won't come get the printer. I am requesting to be let out of this agreement due to misrepresentation and needing someone to reach out to me regarding getting this machine ASAP.Initial Complaint

My company leases a copier from KMBS. We moved on December 15th, 2021. We hired KMBS to faciliatate the move of the copier (lease requirement). They had **************** the copier, but did not have their IT person set up the copier for 50 days. Once setup, the unit was not installed correctly. In addition, we have had several outstanding issues-broken door, poor machine quality, etc since the original installation. I have spoke with the sale rep who sent me to the manager., The manager was "working on a resolution." I have reached out dozens of time to resolve this issue. They DO NOT honor their own lease agreement. I cannot get a response via voicemail or email from anyone in their company. I have also reached out via social media platforms in an effort to resolve this issue and no further responses from their company. I do not want to do business with anyone in their company. However, I have to honor a lease agreement in an effort to maintain my credit rating. I am willing to settle for a simple credit or an early termination of the lease.
