Unleashed Royalty did not deliver the services promised. The owner (*************************************) advertised "satisfaction guaranteed" on her social media sites (although interestingly, after pointing that out to the owner in an email, I no longer see that phrase posted). My one year old dog had spent two weeks in her home. We had been told we would receive pictures and videos as training progressed but heard nothing until two days before he was scheduled to come back. I believe I received two pictures... but only because I asked. The night before he was due back the trainer called to say she would keep him another week free of charge (a tipoff that, as I suspected, nothing had been accomplished). But the next morning she called to say she would be bringing him back that day after all. He was returned in a cage with a heavily urine stained pad. We were shocked at such an obvious sign of neglect. Over the following couple of weeks as we saw the dog had not had any real training (still not responding to basic commands, still having accidents indoors although we followed any and all instructions she provided to us on how to prevent that), I asked the owner for 1/2 of the $2,000 we had paid and in three different phone conversations she agreed. But over the last two months she has stalled - indicating that "she hadn't forgotten me". The money is always promised "next week". I'm pretty much at wits end because as senior citizens, my husband and I can't afford to spend money on a service that was not provided. It is a huge sacrifice to give her the other $1,000 but we are trying to be reasonable. Anything that you can do would be appreciated. Thank you.
