On 7/18/2024 I purchased a Tylt twisty 360 Adjustable ******** Charging Pad from a store called ******** I went back and purchased the Tylt mat ******** Charging Mat the following day. On the back of both packaging it states "Limited 1 year warranty. To receive a free 1 year warranty extension (2 years total), register your product at www.tylt.com/warranty This is also stated on a card inside the packaging.The website resulted in a 404 error but the registration can be done through another link on the site. I attempted to register the product but while doing so it wants to know where it was purchased. *****'s is not an option nor is "other". I contacted the company explaining the issue and there response was that *****'s is not eligible for the 2 year warranty. There are no stipulations on the packaging or inside the box. There is only the promise of the 2 year warranty and when I replied with this and that it sounds like false advertising I was told that I was more than welcome to return the product to the store for a refund.This does not resolve the issue.Initial Complaint

I purchased the water bottle as a gift for my daughter for christmas in the last year of twenty twenty three. The water bottle is great, but the charging bottom does not work.It doesn't charge at all.I've already attempted several different types of chargers cables and nothing works.I have not been able to get ahold of the manufacturer at all.I would like a replacement thank you.Business response

Hello
I initially said there was 2 that did not work.I'm only getting sent one which seems to be a problem but also my address does not have my apartment number of 205 so i'm not sure where they are mailing this too

In August of 2022 i bought a massager at dunhams sporting goods. It never charged for me so therefore never worked. I called and the lady i talked with was very helpful and friendly. She took all my info and said that a new massager would be mailed to me right away. It has been months now and nothing has arrived. I now have been trying to call you almost daily and it just puts me to voicemail and then says the voicemail says its full. I have tried other ways to contact and nothing works.
