On May 25 and 26, 2023 **** of ****'s Estate Sales conducted a sale at my home at **************************************************************. I am a recently widowed 65+ woman. The contract stated that **** had to make $2500 to cover his costs but he charged me for a dumpster and additional labor, etc. and paid me absolutely nothing, $0 and said I actually owed him $136 after selling the entire contents of my home. When **** came to my home to assess whether I was a good candidate for a home sale he was effusive about how much money he could get for the Oriental enameled bedroom set and rosewood tables I wanted to sell. I also had a dozen Lladro figurines, an electric lift chair (barely used), mahogany dining table and 8 chairs etc. All my items were high quality and I have attached pictures and an itemized list.**** stated I would not need a dumpster because I had no trash. My sister, who is a professional organizer, and I had set up all the sale items on tables and removed any items that were not for sale. **** really did not have to do anything to set up our sale. **** would not allow me to be in the house when the sale took place. I did drive over on both days and there were many cars lining the street with people going into my house. I was shocked when I returned after the sale to see that there was a dumpster in my backyard. The bill from **** indicated costs of $525 to get rid of junk in the dumpster and $975 for his costs of labor, donations and supplies. These fees were never indicated to be on top of the $2500 he would be taking for the sale and I believe I am entitled to the $1500 he took for the dumpster and "labor".The bill of sale he gave me was a handwritten list of general items... no itemization of the sale items and it appears that one person wrote up 4 pages of sold pieces. I am attaching a list of all the items I put up for sale and the items **** claimed he sold. I believe he was dishonest in his accounting and sold many more of my belongings without compensating me.Business response

Id like to start off by saying majority of the items that were originally for sale were taken, sold, or given away before I even began but after we signed the contract. As far as the address goes yes it was wrong initially because I did a sale previously down the street and it auto corrected the address to that one. We quickly corrected it and had no problems with getting traffic plus we had signs up. There was a small collection of lladross which were missing boxes and chipped. As far as everything else it was listed on the receipts as sold or donated, which she received the receipt for. Your false claims of me stealing from the clients is not we true and Im sorry that the sale didnt do well but she agreed to the terms of the contract. Also I never her charged her for the balance on the cleanout. Read your contract its all there clear as day.
