I am writing in regards to multiple invalid charges La Vie Floral made to my credit card. Below is a list of all invalid charges.Invalid - 1/23/2023 - $620.00 Invalid - 1/25/2023 - $620.00 Invalid - 1/25/2023 - $620.00 I only made one purchase with La Vie Floral. That purchase was made on 12/24/2022 over the phone for $620.46. The funeral package I ordered was delivered on 12/28/2022 to ************************ in *******, ******** for ***************************** funeral. I did not place any other orders with them. I have attempted to resolve this through credit card disputes, but the business provided receipts that I purchased 3 more funeral arrangements from them on 1/23 and two more on 1/25 at $620 each. I have not able to get resolution through my credit card company.I have called the owner ******************************* numerous times in January, February and March. Each time she verbally agreed that the only valid purchase was made on 12/24/2022 for $620.46. She stated that her employee accidentally charged me the other 3 times not knowing the owner had already charged me. I have also tried emailing La Vie Floral. No one has responded to my email. Despite the owner verbally agreeing that I only made one charge, I am still unable to resolve the issue of multiple invalid charges.I have also texted her multiple times. I am attaching her response to text messages I sent on 5/2/2023 and 5/4/2023. She says she will refund the 3 charges and apologizes for not having done it sooner. After no follow through on processing the refund, I posted a negative review and received the last text message stating she will dispute all charges for harassment. I simply want the 3 charges for $620 each refunded to my account. I never ordered nor received anything from this merchant during the month of January 2023.
