            ********************* was hired to remodel our master bathroom. The permit was issued 4/7/21 and the work began 4/12/21. Due to multiple issues and poor workmanship such as the shower doors being installed backwards, trim being cut and installed incorrectly, shower plumbing being handled incorrectly as well as damage such as tile damage in the hall bathroom, we lost faith in his abilities and terminated him on 5/14/21. After his departure we discovered additional shower plumbing and tile issues and that the bathroom sink plumbing is not up to code. The grout and floor tile have also now cracked. My husband and I have now had to work with a plumber, a new tile person, and a new contractor to get help in fixing the situation. I reached out to **** via text and email with no response. A claim was filed with his insurance; however, he does not have coverage for all of these matters. We are looking for him to reimburse us for the expense to fix his errors/damage.

            **** just got done laying wood floors throughout my first and second floor. He also renovated our main floor bathroom and kitchen. This was a huge job. We just cant say enough good things about **** and the whole process. His pricing was very fair. And unlike many many other contractors we attempted to hire, he showed up when scheduled. We will definitely refer him to friends/family and will use him again in the future.
