Express Property Solutions continues to send me UNSOLICITED marketing materials via the US *************** I have called, written and emailed several times requesting to OPT-OUT of all communications. ALL OF MY OPT-OUT REQUESTS HAVE BEEN IGNORED. I am not, nor have I ever been, a customer or client of **********************. I have NO RELATIONSHIP with Express Property Solutions.Business response

Express Property Solutions apologizes for any inconvenience this has caused. This was our first time doing direct mail. The information was provided from a public data service. I searched our CRM and email to find any notes requesting us to stop reaching out. Unfortunately, I didn't see anything other than the phone call I personally received from you. We have updated our records. Once again, sorry for any stress our post card has caused. We wish you the best!Customer response
