We hired this company to move us into our home on September 28th 2021. There were alot of damages done during the process to part of the home and to a very valuable desk that belonged to my husband's father and was passed down to him. Sent pictures and filled out the company's damage complaint form October 14th. I was told that I would hear back from them within 30days on the receiving all the supporting documents. Here it is November 16th and I have emailed them twice to follow up on this because it should be completed and we should have some sort of resolution by now. I have received no response back to either email nor have they tried to reach out to me on their own.Business response
