August 17,2022, I agreed and paid for two pairs of glasses, (one pair sunglasses). I supplied one frame to be filled with the new prescription. The amount paid was $905.20 on my credit card. The one pair came in but was the wrong prescription, and had to be returned. This continued for two months and finally, in October, I I canceled the entire order and wanted my money back including the optometrist fee of $30. My insurance paid the balance. Town Eyecare said the lab who continually made mistakes on my glasses charged me a restocking fee of $75.70. I am asking for $105.70 which is the restocking fee and the optometrist fee. After the cancellation I went to another eye care and got two pair of glasses in less than a week. I also got a different prescription for the glasses from the Town Eyecare. I am enclosing copies of my original receipt from credit card company, invoices from Town Eyecare and billing , payment and new prescription from new eye care business. I am 81 years old.
