His communication skills were exceptional, keeping us informed at every step and ensuring we understood the entire process. ***** helped to keep the process extremely smooth and efficient. Jason made sure our project was seamless. Because of his attention to detail, knowledge and experience in the industry, our meeting with the insurance adjuster was very successful. I recently worked with ***** on a roof project. He took care of our project every step of the way. We didn't have to do anything with our insurance to make sure the project was covered- he took care of everything! He met with the insurance adjuster to make sure nothing was missed. In addition, he was able to get my project completed in a very quick manner. I would highly recommend them, as their knowledge and experience with insurance companies saved us a lot of money!!Review from James G

Dupage Adjusters came out to look at some roof damage we had from during a hail storm last spring. We worked with *****, and he was able to work with our insurance to get a full roof and gutter replacement for us. He was thorough, professional, and responsive and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend DuPage Adjusters! they did an amazing job working with my insurance company in replacing my siding due to hail damage. *** went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. He took time to go through with me all the details on the claim estimates, answered all my questions, and explained all the steps. Dupage Adjuster and their team made it a stress-free process. I highly recommend DuPage adjusters. They made sure that insurance covered the full cost of replacing our roof after it suffered hail damage during a storm.The roofers also did a great job. They were very attentive to the weather forecast, and did not start on the roof until the weather was clear. I have seen many others attempt to replace the roof in bad weather and place tarps on the roof, luckily this was not the case with DuPage adjusters.The ******* on the job was easily accessible and present during the install of the roof. The roof was completed in a timely manner and the quality is superb. The yard and driveway were completely clean by the time they left. 10/10 would highly recommended!
