      Lost freight, no tracking system available, customer service does not know what is happening.

      At first, customer service was top notch. They kept me informed, worked with my schedule. I am military and booked with road runner for their veteran owned company. Weeks before shipment, they increased my estimate by $400 due to carrier changes. Then the carrier assigned to me was canceled. When disputed; hung up on. *****. Why charge me more for a carrier that you cancelled on? Car shipment was moved two weeks. Delaying pickup and drop off. Worst experience ever.

      Terrible service!! STAY AWAY!!After five successful shipments with RR, my company scheduled another, only for the driver (****) to refuse pickup because our road cases had locked wheels instead of being on a pallet. They claimed to only work with pallets, a policy not mentioned during booking.Contacting the dispatcher (******) was a nightmare. He was unprofessional, rude, and refused to provide any further explanation, simply reiterating the drivers refusal to complete the pickup.I have proof of prior pickups with identical wheels and paid invoices for those loads. This inconsistency is unacceptable, and I will escalate this issue to higher management. Due to their lack of professionalism, communication, and customer service, my company will now fail to deliver to our customers.

      Car wasnt picked up on time they rescheduled it for today as of the 27th of July 2024 and the car still has not been picked up at all

      Quoted a price of $1000 to ship car from ******* to *****. Called me on pickup day and told me actual price would be $2000 or they would cancel the order. Time restraint required me to accept offer. The price required home delivery but the driver said it was impossible to get closer than 50 miles to my house because of the size of his truck, we live within 2 miles of a ******** I had an air tag in the car and circumstances allowed me to meet the driver 90 miles from my house and recover my car.

      IT IS A SCAM!!! Worst company I've worked with. They delivered the product 2 days late and then tried to charge me an extra $375. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

      I wish that I could include a screenshot- while I am typing this, I have been on hold for 54 minutes and counting. And thats just the 877- customer service number. I have also tried an 888, 516, and three 413 area codes. All connect to the same voicemail/on hold music. I got the confirmation email that my car was out for delivery this morning. After 6 hours of no estimated time, I was informed by the driver that he was still 2 days out. That was from the driver. Not Roadrunner. Still waiting for someone from Roadrunner to pick up the call

      Worst auto shipping company on the planet. I requested an estimate and was told $813 and it was verified 2 weeks before pickup. I called the week of the estimated pickup date and was given a new price of $1519!!!! Phone access was 40 minutes on hold. Stay away from this company they are crooks

      Shipped 1 pallet with RRTS and they delivered someone else's shipment to the consignee along with the correct shipment. They billed us for both shipments and accounting has not resolved the issue. It has been over a month since we brought this to their attention.
