    This transaction originally occurred on 12/17/2021 when I purchased a set of golf clubs from their store which due to make were not off the shelf. The order indicated the clubs were backordered until 01/05/2022 and that it would take a few weeks to get them to me once they were in stock. I reached out on 02-01-2022 to see when they would be arriving and the reply was that it got pushed back until 04/05/2022. With no information about why until I insisted and even then it took a followup email after 2 weeks to hear anything. Then on 03/18/2022 I again reached out to check on the status and it had been pushed back to a delivery of 05/16/2022 at which point I requested a refund for the purchase. They indicated the store would reach out to me about a refund and that the order had been cancelled. After an additional week without getting any message they again said the store had to provide the refund and gave a number to call. The number went to voicemail each time I tried calling and the voicemail box was full so I couldnt even leave a message. Because this is an order that has to be built and shipped I am not sure if it was ever cancelled and the order may still be in queue and they are delaying the refund process until the deliverables are started to be built and dont have to refund me. Their lack of care and concern for the customer is one of the worst experience I have ever had and there still has been no indication I will get refunded the purchase. Along with this the lack of visibility in this process and fact that they did not discuss with me when delays had occurred made me very frustrated.
