On July 12,2022 my husband and I put a down payment of ***** at Manny Auto Sales, Inc. This was our first time buying a car we didnt know much about it. When we took it for a test drive it seemed fine, until we noticed somethings were wrong with the car. Therefore we had an agreement that the dealer was going to fix half and wed fix the other half yet not knowing what was really wrong with the car was so much more than expected, in addition to what the dealer had told us. We also noticed how he did not put everything we agreed on in writing only what he wanted. On Monday 18, 2022 my husband took it to the dealer so that their mechanic can fix a part of the problem, later on that day we notice nothing was done to the car. As this vehicle had turned off on us while driving, through out the week it had turned off on us more than a dozen times. On July 20, 2022 I took it to another mechanic, there is when I seen everything else that was wrong with the car, that same day my husband and I went back to the dealership. We kindly showed him the proof of what was really wrong with the car also kindly asked for our money back as it was only the 9th day of having the car. We kindly asked what we can do to return the car. The dealer ignored our request and told us to give him more time to fix it. I explained to the dealer that we decided not to keep the car as it was too much money to fix also that the whole reason we bought this car, we thought was in good condition, was to not have to fix everything. As a result, my husband and I find that driving this vehicle is too dangerous especially with our one year old daughter. We kindly ask for the dealer to refund our money back.
