We have been customers of ******************************************* for a long time and purchased their lifetime warranty, which we keep in good standing. This year, when it came time to renew the warranty, I called because I also wanted to have someone come out to the home because we have some questions and would like professional guidance. I have been calling for over three weeks now and have not received a response. My warranty is still active and I believe their plan is to ignore me until it is not. Additionally, I could not even pay them if I wanted to because their business shows permanently closed and they dont return calls. I was told by representatives at another branch that this branch was supposed to give its current customers to another branch and that way Id still be eligible to receive service under my paid warranty period. Apparently, the Everdry company is franchised and Everdry Illinois has completely disregarded their end of the warranty agreement. I also suspect that the work they did on my home is now failing and I will have to seek help elsewhere despite paying hundreds of dollars to this useless company.
