  Roof payment made in Fall 2023, promised week prior to Thanksgiving 2023. No one contacted me to say it would not be done. Office was then closed for winter and did not respond to e-mails. Roof completed finally April 22, 2024. Crew damaged patio screen and glass door.Since then the owner Ector and ******* (daughter) **************** continually make promises and excuses as to replacing my door.I would not recommend them for roof replacement ever.

  EDP Construction replaced our roof and installed new gutters. I have been calling them for months to ask about the gutters not draining and flowing over the sides. The gutters are clean the service that cleaned the gutters said they are not level. The faulty installed gutters are causing damage to the roof and my paver patio also the sidewalk leading to the front door. I have left messages with no call back. I find this irresponsible and the insurance company is troubled to see the potential damage to the structure.

But I don't know where are you calling because I have not receive any call from you and also I don't have any messages from you as well, also I checked my email and I don't have any emails from you. I Also contacted the sales rep. and he does not have receive any call from and he does not have any messages as well. ******, your work was completed in 2021 it has been more than a year and as I said it before we don't have any missing calls, voice messages, or any emails. In regards to this matter. I will be more than happy to send someone to take a look the gutters, you can contact ** via email at ******************************** or by phone at ************ so we can coordinate to stop by a take a look your gutters.

  I am rejecting this response because:  The company EDP neither answered the inquiry as to WHY since they replaced my gutters when it rains I have waterfalls coming over the edge.  That was not the case with the old gutters.  Then they said they would get back to menever have.  

  I have absolutely nothing good to say about this company.

  Hi, I had EDP construction come to my home a day after a hail storm. They said they would replace my roof. I paid my portion and the insurance the balance. This is a 30 year roof, so I had nothing to worry about. Well only two year later, my garage is being ruined due to severe leaking coming from the roof. I texted them and they said they would come out. (in my evience you will see their reply, yes we are coming to see the damage. ) They never did. I am a single parent, I cant afford for EDP construction to leave me with this huge issue. Now the daughter of the owner calls to tell me Oh, you only have a one year warranty. Dont bother us. Please help me. ************************* ************

  This email is in response to the complain file aginst EDP Construction from ***********************. In response to the complain Mrs. ***** contacted the owner of the company in March. 2022 if I am not wrong and the owner told her that her problem was related with ice daming, nothing related with roof installation or material he told her he was out of town that please contact the office .She contacted the office and we check her file and I let her know that her roof was completed in 2019 that she have 1 year labor warranty that expired already, but she still have manufacture warranty that cover any material defects. We let her know that to go and take a look the problem I have to charge her $75 for the inspection fee that in the event we need to do any repair she can use the $75 against the repair. We set an appointment with her and she refused to paid and threatened us with lawyer and complaning against the business in social media, neightbors and BBB (which she did). We tried to explained her that the $75 is just a cortesy fee for the person that has to do the inspection, but she refused, them I spoke with the owner of the company and he said he will stop by without charge and he tried to stop by, but we are not working in the area and she threated the bussiness again. Her problem is something related with ice daming nothing related with roof installation or material defect. We never refused to do the inspection and neither told her that do not bother it is not in our practice. I hope this clarify the issue, I have the text messeges if you guys need it.
