I took my car there and they messed it up. I have to take it to another shop to get fixed. I spent $1100.Business response

She brought the car in and told us that she wanted us to change her lower control arm on the Dodge Dakota. She bought the part and we fixed it. She came to us telling us what she wanted us to fix for her. She wanted us to change the bearings on a different car. She purchased the parts. She said someone told her it was her bearings. I told her we can do it, but if this does not solve the issue it is not on us. She did not allow us to do a full diagnostic, she came in knowing what she wanted fixed. We will do that, but if it does not solve her problem then that is not on us. We followed her orders. She did not want to pay for diagnostics.

This consumer would not let us do any testing or inspections, she came in demanding certain repairs and only those repairs. We did only the specific repairs she requested. She provided the parts, we only did the labor. If the consumer has any professional reports that will support poor workmanship by our shop, we will be happy to review it, otherwise we will not offer any additional services, we do not wish to do any future business with the consumer.Customer response

I purchased a vehicle on June 6th from this company, I paid this company $4,000.00 for the car and $450.00 for taxes on it. I later noticed on the sales receipt they had only wrote $1250.00 instead of the $4000.00, The next day the car was not running right and I had to return to them, they charged me to make some repairs, then by the next day it was overheating and I had to again return it to them, this time they said it was the radiator, they charged me to replace that, then by the next day it would not turn on at all, I was told they replaced the battery with a new one, the sticker stated it was used from U Pick It. I do not trust this company any longer, I have only owned this vehicle for 10 days and already I have all these issues. A third party mechanic has confirmed the car has a cracked head gasket. I have all receipts for everything I have paid to them.Business response
