  On March 12th, I purchased a 2011 Chevrolet Cruze LTZ for $4000.I have only had this car for 3 months & it has shut off on me on the freeway, the window is broke it gets stuck going up, the car doesn’t hold gas, the wheel shakes when driving it, the rim on the passenger side is bent, after my tire on my driver’s side in the back locked i later found out that there were NO BRAKES ON THE BACK OF THE CAR! I changed the rotors, calibers, and brakes this car has been looked at more then once and person who sold me the car refuses to do anything about what I have told him. The car was sold without an warranty the person who sold me the car claims everything was fixed and repaired by him. Now the car is constantly running hot because the thermostat broke & they refused to do anything about it. When I gave the owner my money I also didn’t know he kept $1500 to himself when the title to my car only says $2500 was spent on the car.

  purchase we will address a problem.

  I gave the owner $4000 not $2500 and i was sold a bogus car. If I can’t have a partial payment of my money back or all of it. Or if they refuse to fix this car that is constantly running hot, transmission is going out in it & it hasn’t even been a year.i will gladly contact a consumer fraudulent lawyer that handle cases such as this one. My car was sold to me with tape under the hood how is that an upstanding business. The owner refused to fix my car which he said he would if I needed any repairs. I also have proof that the car that was sold to me was messed up and proof that i paid what i said vs. what was put down on my title. I have no reason to lie or just cause problems but I want a car worth what I paid for!
