            Our original contract and our 50% down ($12,000) payment for a screened in porch attachment to our home was made with PCA in mid October 2022. PCA dug footing holes and pored cement at the end of the month. No other work was done until April of 2023 despite numerous calls, texts and emails. After completing a roof for the job, we paid an additional 25% ($7000) Work promptly stopped again. After more calls wrapping was applied to posts. That was mid May. Our screened-in porch is only half completed. We've paid every ***** owed on time and no progress. Our permits are expired. ******* left in the yard. Neighbors and HOA all want to know what's happening. How is this any way to do business? He acts like it's somehow our fault.
